WHAT YOU ‘LL DO
Forky Customer Support Representatives are responsible for achieving record customer happiness levels. You ‘ll contribute to operational excellence by overlooking delivery activities using our real-time monitoring panel and by sharing customer insights with marketing & engineering team. You’ll be also providing exceptional support, ensuring that customer inquiries and technical problems are promptly resolved. This is no easy-job, you will be Forky’s voice to the world!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Orchestrate delivery activities using our real-time monitoring panel and ensure that delivery KPIs are met
- Deliver high-quality customer service and troubleshooting via email, phone and social media while using our real-time control panel
- Turn unhappy users into Forky evangelists by offering wow customer support
- Resolve operational issues by synching with operations and drivers team
- Assist marketing team in on-going online and offline promotions
As a Forky Customer Support Representative, you must be:
- Tech-savvy. Forky is a 100% online service, both in web and mobile, so you must feel comfortable dealing with customer requests and operational assignments within a tech environment
- Skilled at handling multiple requests in a high-pressure environment
- Effective communicator both over the phone and email
- Passionate about helping others and offering wow-experiences in a speedy and creative manner
- Self-motivated. We are heavily investing in our people, so we are only looking for passionate individuals eager to learn from a fast-paced startup
