Job description
We are looking for a Growth Hacking and Content Marketing Manager to be responsible of our inbound marketing strategies, to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high quality content
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Write, edit and improve content
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Generate ideas to increase customer engagement
- Analyze web traffic metrics
Requirements
- Working experience in grow hacking marketing and content marketing
- Able to use MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
- Able to use SEO/SEM and web traffic metrics, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Knowledge how to use A/B and multivariate experiments
- Knowledge how to use website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date knowledge about the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
